How It Works

01

Gear Selection

We source premium, site-compliant blanks engineered for your specific trade, from heavy-duty drill shirts and cargo pants to weatherproof hi-vis jackets.

02

Decoration Strategy

We determine the hardest-wearing decoration method for your gear. We recommend high-density embroidery for drill shirts and flexible DTF transfers for hi-vis polyester.

03

Pre-Press & Digitising

Your company logo is redrawn and digitised into a structured stitch file, ensuring heavy ink coverage or high thread density specifically suited for heavy fabrics.

04

Commercial Run

Your uniform rollout is executed on 6-head Tajima embroidery machinery or industrial heat presses. Every garment is permanently branded to withstand punishment.

05

Dispatch & Top-Ups

Folded, boxed, and shipped to site. We keep your logo files on record for rapid, painless top-up orders when you hire new staff.

[ FAQ // WORKWEAR ]

Quick Answers

01

Is your hi-vis gear site compliant?

Yes. We source from industry-leading brands like JBS Wear and Syzmik that manufacture strictly to AS/NZS compliance standards for Day/Night use.

02

Should I choose print or embroidery for workwear?

For heavy cotton drill shirts and jackets, embroidery is the gold standard for durability. For lightweight polyester hi-vis polos and vests, we recommend high-stretch DTF printing so the garment remains breathable.

03

Can we add individual staff names?

Absolutely. We regularly add individual names, job titles, or departments to the opposite chest of your company logo.

04

What is the minimum order for uniforms?

Our commercial pipeline requires a minimum order of 10 units to initiate a run. This can be split across different sizes and garment types (e.g., 5 polos and 5 hoodies).

05

Can we re-order for new staff later?

Yes. Your digitized stitch files and print profiles are securely held on our server. Reordering for new hires is a fast, streamlined process with zero new setup fees.

06

Do you offer bulk trade pricing?

Yes. If you are outfitting a massive site or running a national franchise, our volume pricing tiers offer deep commercial discounts on both the garments and the decoration.
