Everything you need to know about getting your order to you.
Delivery Timeframes

| Regional / Remote | 4-7 business days after dispatch |
All timeframes are estimates. Production begins after artwork proof is approved AND payment is received (whichever is later).
Shipping Rates
- Shipping is calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- We use Australia Post, StarShipIt, and direct courier services depending on the order size.
- Shipping costs are quoted separately and confirmed before you approve your order.
- Free pickup is available from our Moorabbin workshop by arrangement.
Order Tracking
All shipped orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. For bulk orders shipped on pallets, we'll provide consignment details directly.
Split Deliveries
For large orders or orders with multiple products, we may ship in multiple consignments. You'll be notified of each dispatch separately. Additional shipping charges may apply for split deliveries requested by the customer.
Returns Policy
Because all our products are custom-made to your specifications, our returns policy differs from off-the-shelf retailers:
We replace or credit items that are defective (misprints, wrong colour, damaged in production). Report within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We cannot accept returns for approved artwork errors, incorrect size selections, change of mind, or orders that match the approved proof.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We'll lodge a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
