The design is printed onto specialized transfer film using commercial CMYK inkjets with a heavy white-ink underbase.
Powder adhesive is applied and cured at high temperature, locking the ink into a durable, flexible transfer.
Transfers are fused to the premium blank at 160°C under heavy pressure. The bond is permanent and stretch-resistant.

Direct to Film. We digitally print your design onto a carrier film, then permanently heat-fuse it to the garment. It handles unlimited colours, gradients, and fine details flawlessly.
No. DTF has no minimum order quantity and no setup fee, so it is the right choice for short runs, one-offs, and sample batches.
No. Unlike screen printing, DTF has zero setup or screen-making fees, making it the perfect solution for complex, multi-colour artwork on smaller commercial runs.
Extremely durable. The industrial adhesive bonds the ink directly into the fabric weave. It stretches with the garment and outlasts standard retail washing cycles.
DTF wins on complex colour, photo-quality artwork, and short runs (under 25 units or anything with more than 4 colours). Screen print is more cost-effective on spot colour runs at 25+ units.
A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background is perfect. We also accept vector files (AI, EPS, SVG). If your file is messy, our pre-press team will fix it.
Any garment we stock. We pull from AS Colour, American Apparel, Gildan, Ramo, and other trade suppliers. DTF works perfectly on 100% cotton, polyester, and heavy blends.
