Yes. We run an end-to-end commercial pipeline. We source the blank apparel, coordinate the patch manufacture, then permanently sew or heat-fuse them onto the garments at our Moorabbin workshop.
Absolutely. We only supply commercial-grade vinyl stickers with heavy-duty lamination. They are engineered to survive on car bumpers, toolboxes, and outdoor equipment for years without fading or peeling.
PVC patches are 3D molded rubber emblems. They are completely waterproof, highly durable, and give a premium, tactical, industrial aesthetic. They are incredibly popular for heavy-duty trades, automotive, and gym wear.
Because custom tooling and molds are required, our minimum commercial run is 50 units for woven/PVC patches, and 100 units for die-cut vinyl stickers.
Woven and PVC patches require physical molds and custom manufacturing before they reach our Melbourne workshop for application. Allow 15-20 business days for the complete pipeline.
