How It Works

01

Asset Submission

You send us whatever files you have. Whether it's a high-res vector, a low-res JPG, or a photo of an old shirt, our pre-press team assesses its print viability instantly.

02

Reconstruction & Vectorising

If your file is blurry or pixelated, our designers manually trace and rebuild the artwork into a razor-sharp vector, ensuring crisp edges for print or embroidery.

03

Colour & Scale Engineering

We map your brand colours to exact Pantone PMS codes and digitally scale the artwork to fit precisely across different garment sizes (e.g. S vs 3XL).

04

Production Mockups

Within 24 hours, you receive a digital proof showing exactly how the design will sit on the specific AS Colour or JBS Wear garment you selected.

05

Final Approval & Output

Once you sign off on the proof, the file is instantly converted into press-ready film separations or Tajima stitch files and dropped straight into the production pipeline.

Quick Answers

01

Do you design logos from scratch?

Yes. Logo design, custom illustration, and full branding packages are quoted under our Design Services. This page covers the pre-press side: optimising, cleaning, and reconstructing existing brand assets so they print flawlessly at scale.

02

What is digitising for embroidery?

Embroidery machines cannot read standard image files. Digitising is the highly technical process of converting your logo into a structured stitch map, dictating thread density, direction, and underlay to prevent the fabric from puckering.

03

My logo is blurry. Can you still print it?

Yes. If your file is low-resolution, we offer a vector redraw service. Our designers will manually trace and rebuild the logo from the ground up so it prints with absolute clarity.

04

How long does it take to get a mockup?

For standard commercial runs, our pre-press team will generate and send a digital garment mockup for your approval within 24 hours of receiving your brief.

05

Will the printed colours match my brand?

Yes. For commercial screen printing, we Pantone-match every run - custom inks mixed to your exact PMS codes. During the artwork phase, we map your digital colours to their precise physical Pantone equivalents.

06

How much does artwork preparation cost?

Standard file checks, scaling, and digital proofs are included free in all commercial runs. Highly complex vector redraws or extensive embroidery digitising incur a one-time setup fee of $50-$80, which we quote upfront.
