How It Works

01

Asset Submission

You send us whatever files you have. Whether it's a high-res vector, a low-res JPG, or a photo of an old shirt, our pre-press team assesses its print viability instantly.

02

Reconstruction & Vectorising

If your file is blurry or pixelated, our designers manually trace and rebuild the artwork into a razor-sharp vector, ensuring crisp edges for print or embroidery.

03

Colour & Scale Engineering

We map your brand colours to exact Pantone PMS codes and digitally scale the artwork to fit precisely across different garment sizes (e.g. S vs 3XL).

04

Production Mockups

Within 24 hours, you receive a digital proof showing exactly how the design will sit on the specific AS Colour or JBS Wear garment you selected.

05

Final Approval & Output

Once you sign off on the proof, the file is instantly converted into press-ready film separations or Tajima stitch files and dropped straight into the production pipeline.

Quick Answers

01

Do you design logos from scratch?

Yes. If you're starting from scratch, our design team can create a professional logo, branding or custom illustration for your business. We also provide artwork preparation services, including vector redraws, print-ready artwork and file optimisation for apparel, promotional products and embroidery. Whether you need a new logo or existing artwork prepared for production, we'll make sure it's ready for flawless printing.

02

What is embroidery digitising?

Embroidery digitising is the process of converting your logo or artwork into a stitch file that embroidery machines can read. Unlike standard image files, embroidery requires carefully programmed stitch directions, densities and underlay to ensure clean, durable results. Our digitising service creates professional embroidery files for caps, polos, hoodies, workwear and uniforms, ensuring your logo looks sharp on every garment.

03

My logo is blurry. Can you still print it?

Absolutely. If your logo is low resolution, pixelated or only available as a JPG, PNG or screenshot, we can recreate it as professional vector artwork. Our designers manually redraw your logo in AI, EPS or SVG format so it can be scaled to any size without losing quality. This ensures crisp, professional results for screen printing, embroidery and promotional products.

04

How long does it take to receive my artwork proof?

In most cases, you'll receive your first digital proof within 24 hours of submitting your artwork. Every proof shows exactly how your design will appear on your selected garment, including placement, sizing and colours. Nothing enters production until you've reviewed and approved the final artwork.

05

Will my printed colours match my brand?

Yes. We use Pantone (PMS) colour matching wherever possible to achieve consistent branding across apparel and promotional merchandise. During the artwork preparation process, we match your digital colours to the closest Pantone equivalent, helping ensure your logo looks consistent across future print runs and different products.

06

How much does artwork preparation cost?

Standard file checks, artwork scaling, colour checks and digital proofs are included free with all commercial print orders. If your artwork requires a vector redraw or embroidery digitising, we'll provide an upfront quote before work begins. Simple vector redraws start from $30, complex redraws from $80, and embroidery digitising is $60.

07

What file types do you accept?

We accept AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, JPG and PSD files. If you're unsure whether your artwork is suitable for printing, simply send us what you have. Our pre-press team will assess the files and recommend the best solution.

08

Why do I need vector artwork?

Vector artwork can be resized without losing quality, making it the preferred format for screen printing, embroidery, signage and promotional products. Unlike JPG or PNG files, vector logos remain sharp whether they're printed on a business card or a large back print.

09

Can you prepare artwork for T-shirt printing and embroidery?

Yes. We optimise artwork for all decoration methods, including screen printing, DTF printing and embroidery. Each process has different artwork requirements, and we'll prepare your files to achieve the best possible print or stitch quality.

10

Do you keep my artwork on file?

Yes. Once your artwork has been prepared, we securely store your production files. This makes it easy to reorder garments, promotional products or merchandise in the future without repeating the artwork setup process.
