25 units per design for prints up to 4 colours. 50 units minimum for 5+ colours, because the setup cost (one screen per colour) scales. Need fewer? Our DTF Digital Print service has no minimum and no setup fee.
Up to 8 colours per location. Each colour requires a separate screen and setup, so the MOQ steps up at 5+ colours to 50 units.
$60 per colour, per location. For example, a 2-colour front print is $120 setup. This is a one-time fee. Reprints waive setup costs unless artwork changes.

Yes. Discharge ink gives a soft, breathable hand-feel on dark garments. It bleaches the garment dye and replaces it with your brand colour.
Vector files are ideal (AI, EPS, SVG) with fonts outlined. We also accept 300 dpi PNGs at full print size with a transparent background. Clean artwork is vectorised free on commercial runs. Complex redraws start at $60.
