What is the minimum order quantity?

For screen printing, the minimum is 25 units per design. DTF (digital) printing has no minimum: we can do as few as 1 unit, though pricing improves at 10+. Embroidery starts at 10 units. Promo products vary by item.

How long does production take?

Standard turnaround is 7-10 business days from proof approval and payment (whichever is later). Rush production (3-5 days) is available for most methods at a surcharge. We always confirm the timeline before you commit.

What file format should my artwork be in?

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal. For DTF and sublimation, high-resolution PNG at 300 DPI works well. We offer free artwork cleanup and vectorisation on most orders: just send what you have and we will sort it out.

Do you provide mockups before production?

Yes. Every order gets a free digital proof showing your design on the garment before production begins. We do not start printing until you approve the proof. Revisions are unlimited until you are happy.

What printing methods do you offer?

Screen printing (best for bulk, Pantone matching), DTF digital transfer (best for full-colour, small runs), embroidery (best for polos, caps, corporate), sublimation (best for all-over prints and sportswear), and pad/laser for promo products.

Can you match a specific Pantone colour?

Accepted Answer

Yes: screen printing uses Pantone PMS inks for exact colour matching. DTF and sublimation use CMYK, so Pantone matching is approximate. We will advise which method gives the best result for your design.

Do you supply the garments or can I send my own?

We supply all garments. We stock premium blanks from AS Colour, Gildan, JB's Wear, Ramo, and more at wholesale pricing. We do not accept customer-supplied garments as we cannot guarantee print quality on unknown fabrics.

How much does custom printing cost?

Pricing depends on the garment, print method, number of colours, print locations, and quantity. As a rough guide: a 1-colour screen printed tee starts around $18-22 each at 50 units. Request a quote for exact pricing: we respond within hours.

Do you offer samples?

Yes. Sample tees are $50/unit (1 print location), sample hoodies are $85/unit, and sample caps are $30/unit. Additional print locations are $15 each. Samples are a flat fee and are not credited against the production run.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver Australia-wide. Melbourne metro orders typically arrive 1-2 days after dispatch, interstate 2-4 days, and regional/remote 4-7 days. Free pickup is available from our Moorabbin workshop.

What is your returns policy?

Accepted Answer

Custom printed goods cannot be returned unless defective. If there is a misprint, wrong colour, or production damage, report it within 7 days with photos and we will replace or credit. We do not accept returns for approved artwork errors or change of mind.

Can I reorder the same design later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We keep your artwork and screen setups on file for 2 years. Reorders are faster and may have reduced setup fees. Just reference your previous order number.

Do you offer payment terms?

New customers pay upfront before production. Established account customers can access Net 14 day terms. We accept bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.
