What's the turnaround time?
Production runs Digital Print 7-10, Screen Print 10-12, Embroidery 10-12 business days after your proof approval, then shipping. Rush production (3-5 business days) is available, contact us to discuss your deadline.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. Quantities of 1-9 units are charged at sample rates, which are flat fees and are not credited against bulk orders. Rates depend on the garment and include 1 print location: from $50/unit for a tee, $85/unit for a hoodie and $30/unit for a cap. The configurator shows the exact sample price for this product. Sample shipping is a flat $15 + GST per order, or free pickup from Moorabbin.
What's the minimum order quantity?
No minimum on DTF and embroidery — order a single unit if you want. Quantities of 1-9 are charged at sample rates, and bulk pricing starts at 10 units. Screen print is the exception: 25 units minimum, because a screen has to be made per colour and setup costs make smaller runs uneconomical.
